DC FFU（EC）

FFU從AC的發展到DC的運用，最大的差別在於節能及監控。在IC或電子相關行業發展，無塵室的設計運用FFU的數量也日益龐大，數量多則耗能變多。

所產生的問題是廠務人員在數百台甚至上千台的FFU中，很難找到故障或異常的風機，需測試濾網風速的時候才能發現，或是透過檢查才能了解異常或故障的數量。

發展到現在DC FFU，提供了網路監控的功能，甚至於可控制任一台的ON、OFF、轉速，設定各區域FFU同步作動，監控所有FFU的狀態，提供異常警報及警示，讓廠務人員可立即知道狀況，針對異常狀況做排除或報修處理，也避免產品良率受到影響，更可因製程狀況調節各區域FFU轉速，達到節能的效益。

1.多台數運轉狀態完全監控
1-1.可適用於小群控控制設備上風機上,不同製程不同轉速來改變換氣次數,達到潔淨,潔能,氣流引導,提高良率等功能
1-2小群控控制無塵室的規劃.區域劃分,群組控制,故障回報等
1-3.全廠區風機運轉或故障顯示於電腦上
1-4.配合現場Layout,以圖形顏色顯示風機狀態,操作設定、故障顯示、運轉履歷、功能完善。
2. 運轉速度無段變速設定
運轉速度可無段變速,RPM可精細設定適合不同區域需求。
3.區域、群組個別監控
3-1.可自由規劃區域,群組個別監控,操作設定簡易機能完備。
3-2.可依各種區域、群組工作負荷不同,個別操作設定,節省電費。
4.穩定運轉的系統
FFU監控系統在監控PC電源中斷或故障時,FFU仍可依照最後的指令持續運轉。若有需要亦可不經監控系統調整速度 (共5速可供選擇)。
5.高信賴性及高速應答性
應用達靖新進之控制技術,構成高信賴性及高速應答性之監控系統。
6.螢幕控制,一目瞭然
系統操作設定故障顯示運轉日程履歷,各項資料均顯示在螢幕上,清楚明白,操作設定容易。

當FFU故障時,可自動告警與位置明細資料。
